A 33-year-old Kurtistown man wanted as part of an ongoing investigation into a rash of car thefts turned himself in Wednesday at the Pahoa police station.
A 33-year-old Kurtistown man wanted as part of an ongoing investigation into a rash of car thefts turned himself in Wednesday at the Pahoa police station.
Shannon K. Navorwas charged with three counts of violating terms of probation and was scheduled for court Wednesday afternoon on those charges.
He also was arrested on suspicion of second-degree theft. Detectives continue to investigate.
